I have heard some bad things in the past but to be honest......their prices made me give them a try. Not 3 minutes ago my brand new PC-105 was dropped off by the UPS guy. I got a new PC-105 with a 5 hour battery and a rapid charger for $829.99. Check the prices out there....that's DAMN cheap!!! I guess the only bad thing I have to say is that they don't ship until they have a chance to talk with you and try to sell you more stuff. However, that worked GREAT for me as I hadn't ordered the extra battery and rapid charger. I haggled with the guy and he kept lowering the PRICES!!! I even screwed up and gave them the wrong billing address for my C/C. They were very quick in calling me about it and easy to get ahold of when I called them back. I just got that straightened out on Wednesday AFTERNOON. Here it is Friday at 1342 and my camera is in my hands. AWESOME....I had a very good experience with them.
