Stroboframe on front mount, not top?

Just finished my new helmet (Bonehead Flat-Top Narrow, TRV-33 and Rebel ti) and was getting ready to mount my still to the front, then it hit me, can I use a Stroboframe quick release up here? i know lot of guys use them top mount, but what about up front? Any and all info appreciated.

Yep the Stroboframe bracket works just fine on the front section of the Bonehead Flat-top Narrow or Pro.

You talking about the "L" bracket?

McGowan hangs a Nikon D1 out there on one from his FTP.

I have one mounted on the z-bracket on the front of my Bonehead daBomb! And yes, the camera is mounted upside down and works just great!

Thanks for all the info, hated to spend $65 bucks and it not fit.

Hey bill, all the videots at ssm have theirs set that way. If you would visit more often you could see that stuff.
