Deuce 1 #1 August 25, 2003 This is the RA-N3 connector for the 10D. It is for connecting the old-style remote to the newer 10D. The full-on remote is currently out of stock just about everywhere, and this is a viable option. It's also a little cheaper than the remote, at $49. Thought this might be helpful.
