diverds 0 #2 April 4, 2003 Hook you camera up to your vcr with the rca jacks going into the vcr out jacks. Then turn your camera to vcr mode and pres record pause on your camera. On my Trv-30 there are 2 little buttons beside each other and you have to push them at the same time. You will see a red dot on your camcorder screen when you are recording and I think it flashes or turns green when you are in pause.
