The Atom manual found on PdF's website is written in 1997, and on one of the first pages it says: Quote CERTIFICATION FRANCAISE 530 EQ-03 QUALIFICATION AVIATION CIVILE QAC 121 CERTIFICATION AMERICAINE TSO C23d I see no reason why you couldn't import PdF gear to the States.
