Anyone Ever thought of Using multiple flashs on a radio slave??

Recommended Posts

Have any of your guys ever heard of several people doing a jump with several flashs hooked up to a radio slave?

Have the main photographer with the camera and the radio transmitter then two buddies, each with a flash unit with a turbo battery with the reciever end of the radio slave. Can you guys think of any uses for this or is it just overkill?

Maybe badass lighting for a night formation jump or somthing i don't know just brain storming in my boring ass photoshop2 class :S

Sorry, I wasn't paying close enough attention again.

I think if you cruise the sites of Tom Sanders and Norm Kent you should be able to see a few examples. I don't have any URLs to post, because, well, it's way too early in the day and I have to pop-off to work.

They'll be fairly easy to spot because the lighting is so even across the entire formation. Normally, light fades at a square of the increase of the distace. Even lighting all across the formation is the giveaway that something special took place.
