Deuce 1 #1 July 2, 2002 I'm thinking about getting a camera condom from Pier for my PC110. Is it more hassle than it's worth? Anybody get one and get rid of it because it sucked? Anybody think it's the coolest thing out there? Thanks, JP
freeflir29 0 #2 July 5, 2002 Depends on where you jump I think. The primary use I can see for a camera condom is to keep moisture out of the camera. I had a day recently where my camera shut off after every jump. It was VERY humid and somewhat cloudy that day. I wish I had one......
PhreeZone 20 #3 July 5, 2002 Also if you jump in a cold environment it can serve to keep the camera and battery a few degrees warmer.Yesterday is history And tomorrow is a mystery Parachutemanuals.com
Rdutch 0 #4 July 5, 2002 As a proffessional videographer I can only say how can you not use a camera condom. freefall isnt the best environment for your sensitive electronic device. Also it acts as a shield from slight bumbs that can occur. Its well worth the $25 you spend to protect your $1000 investment. Ray Ray Small and fast what every girl dreams of!
