sangiro 26 #3 April 13, 2002 The winners of the competition are not determined by an open vote. There are 3 judges who will choose the winners. See the competition page and rules. The ratings are simply a fun way to let everyone know which photos you like, whether they are in the competition or not.Click on the "Rating" link under any thumbnail.
