GQ_jumper 4 #1 December 23, 2004 one thing that i found to help me greatly during my last off season was watching videos, i spent endless hours watching videos of airspeed in the tunnel, studying how they did their techniques and visualizing doing them myself. when i started jumping again last summer, after knocking off the rust all that visualization i did seemed to help. the techniques felt like they were already there. Has anyone ever used anything like this to help them continue to learn in the off-season. and if so has anyone ever tried this same thing while on a creeper. watch some vids and visualize doin the techniques while on a creeper. and on that note...i'm not taking the season off by choice, i'm on my second trip to the middle east and all my downtime is spent online watchin skydiving vids and reading this forum. i was wondering if there is anyone out there who has a soft spot for soldiers that would be willing to mail me a creeper(seriously). this sport keeps me going and anything i can do to train while i'm over here would make the time go a lot faster. PM me if you wanna hook me up. blues ps you could make it my christmas present!!History does not long entrust the care of freedom to the weak or the timid. --Dwight D. Avion 0 #2 December 28, 2004 I try to watch Airspeed everytime they're here in Orlando. Where did you get videos of them in the tunnel?
GQ_jumper 4 #3 December 30, 2004 the only videos i've seen of airspeed in the tunnel are the ones on the tunnel camp website. they've really got some good angels to see how they execute some of the movements though.History does not long entrust the care of freedom to the weak or the timid. --Dwight D.
