skyminxx 0 #1 January 22, 2004 Hi y'all: I'm working on the continuity plan for my intermediate fourway team: Does anyone have any suggestions for selecting dives for practice and for plotting them across the year, so we cover as many different transitions as possible? We would also like to cover each random as an exit at least once, then work on the block exits. Our training program last year was mostly randoms and random blocks, and we practiced the other blocks at regional meets. Now that we have become more comfortable and farily disciplined with our random work, we are going to do a couple of block camps to work on our technique. I'm going to actually push a LOT more random work this year for us, got one guy to the tunnel camp in Nov and then more in April but my other two teammates can't afford to go yet... I'm assuming you already have a 'continuity' plan and meant to say a 'practice' plan. so... I'll PM my thing from last year and you can ask questions then. It's on Excel. Is that ok? You guys will be great this year. Mario's site is pretty good too. There's some other posts on this forum also from about a month ago with great advice from Mario and Ron, hard to beat that. skyminxx 0 #3 January 22, 2004 Thanks you! The photo was taken after a great meet at Chester last year..(that's my Happy tired from 4way face!) Check this place a lot....You live here you freak! :) We are doing a tunnel camp in FL, Mem day weekend, will pm you. We are still finalising a replacement for our OSC..next weekend hope to be ff4 instead of FF3 Yeah..my Bad I meant practice plan :) We were quite disciplined about training mostly randoms last year and it paid off..we are stepping it up this year, but still concentrating on improving basics first. Excel will be great...and thanks for the heads up..Ill check out Mario and Ron's stuff. Us *girls* may not be great this year, but we are striving for much, much better.
