rehmwa 2 #1 September 22, 2003 OK - Signed up for my second Tunnel Camp in November. I'm bringing my inside center and our alternate point along for their first camps. I'm not sure yet who the coaches are as the NSL site seems out of sorts today. I'm sure we are also taking about 10 people out in the spring for just tunnel time and more tunnel time. I can't wait for next year's competitions. This should bring us up another notch. of course, some of you guys just live near the tunnel..... ... And with the thing run by BC, I'm hoping that the Perris tunnel is an option whether we get coaching or just self coach with a lot of time. I don't know which tunnel we're planning on yet, but I'm sure to send notice to meet some DZ.commers when it's reserved. The November camp is Orlando. ... The best I've worked out is discounted team jumps, and then only for one season. We are definitely doing something wrong here in the northern plains. ... The T shirts and accesories were just a bit of fun:) it was before we got our new suits and we felt like being a bit silly...with the cheesy matching stuff. We dont make any money from our stuff (its expensie enough) as it is and pretty much only bought by our friends and for the team and our wonderful support crew. www.foxforce4.com We were lucky enough to get a team rate at our dz and hope to renegotiate for our second season. rehmwa 2 #7 September 24, 2003 Good luck ( and actually, the last two years I've also designed and given t-shirts to the team - don't tell anyone but I'm a little obsessed with 4-way). Since the same group is sticking together for a second year in a row, I'll get real nice t's for the team. Maybe if we start scoring in the 10's, the DZ will sell our shirts up front. For 2004, the 2003 logo is good, except the purple has to change to maroon since my IC got a new suit and rig and changed his colors. I can't wait until we are good enough to warrant matching jumpsuits, though. Bill ... skyminxx 0 #8 September 24, 2003 I never said that we are good enough for matching jumpsuits three of us needed suits so badly, but were hanging on till we could get a deal from Bev..we eventually talked our tail into in.. Gotta say that we love our new suits, me may not be fast but we look foxy (the suits are pretty hard to keep white when you are creeping though) What slot do you fly? rehmwa 2 #9 September 24, 2003 I saw the update on the website just a bit ago (since you pointed it out). "Foxy is the word" - all 4 of youI saw the scores for the year "good enough for matching suits" is correct. For us, we all got new suits before the season, so matching suits won't happen unless I win the lottery. But then I'd have to buy a ticket and that won't happen. I see big things next year for quite a few of the teams in our zone. It will be exciting. (these smiley icons are addictive) I pop in here way too often. I must get a life. Bill ...
