What would be the best way to organize a group of widly ranging experience? Would you put them in groups of Master , Expert , Novice...or you'd work with each group seperate? Fly Your Slot ! DanG 1 #3 April 23, 2002 For skills camps in the past we have tried to put people together who have about the same skill level. That way they can all work on the same goals together. Since we have dedicated coachs for our camps, the coach can focus on teaching one area/skill for each group. On the other hand, for scrambles meets, we try to vary the experience levels as much as possible, so that the more experienced folks can help out the less experienced. It is more fun that way, and really the only way to do it to level the playing field.- Dan G
