Vectracide 0 #1 June 20, 2007 Hey everyone, So this weekend is the second CPC Comp at Skydive Oregon. I will be heading down on Friday morning to set up the course, so hopefully I will get down there somewhere around 2pm to start the task. If anyone is planning on coming down on Friday as well, I could really use some help with lining up the gates in the pond. I will be in the water putting the course markers in, but it really helps to have an eye outside assisting with the layout. The comp fees are going to be dependent on materials used, think between 5-10 bucks, and the cash purse fee is $25 per head for winnings. Please have this amount before the comp starts. Last time I talked to Theresa at SDO, we were able to crash in the new trailers that are heated and A/C'ed. There is also a bathroom and microwave in there. So bring your mattress and a sleeping bag. Make sure your reserve is in date, SDO are anal with this and wont let you slide. USPA is a must with them as well. I would like to have our safety meeting with a course walk starting around 9am Sat. morning. I hope to see you all there, as this more than likely will be our only comp over a pond this season.
