How much woud it cost for a rigger to transform a leg throwout to a BOC throwout?

Just wondering how much it would run for a rigger to do ths kind of procedure

$15.00, parts (new BOC pouch) and labor (installing the new pouch and removing the old ROL velcro).

Hook has it about right based on my experience.

Also, don't forget that the leg pouch can be left in place to hold WDI's (pleeease nobody ask whazzat?) or pull up cords, or whatever (inflight snack for those looooong cessna climbs) Don't sweat the deployment system transfer either, it's no biggie.
