skydivexxl 0 #1 February 22, 2006 The NorCal CPC will be happening as planned this year. Vic Krusi and myself will be organizing the events. 4 of the 5 are confirmed. The dates are as follows, with the Sundays reserved as weather days: April 8-9 Byron April 29-30 Davis May 20-21 Hollister (Only one not confirmed yet) June 24-25 Davis July 22-23 Byron Remember, you need to compete in at least 3 regional events to be eligible for the CPC championships in Colorado. There will be more information in the next week or so, as I finally just spoke to Slaton today (He's been a little busy this past week ...) You can email me with any questions @ skydivexxl@yahoo.com I need to know a ballpark of how many people will be competing. Closer to the events, we will require preregistration for logistics reasons. Please forward/post this around for our non-computer saavy friends! The rules can be found @ http://www.canopypiloting.com/cpc.htm I'm working on sponsors (prizes, booze, shirts etc...) to make these more of an event, an a lot of fun. I'll also be looking for volunteer videographers/photographers to get shots. I'm planning to put together a DVD of all of the pilots and rounds at the end. Hook it for safety!
