dharma1976 0 #1 November 22, 2005 so I noticed this last weekend that the order for my turns since I moed up to normal (21") risers from 18" risers is: braked approach reach up for loops harness ease in risers for turn ease out and finish with harness surf surf surf surf surf the issues I was having with riser pressure was due to the fact that if I started the turn with risers, I lost my range/ability to use harness due to lifting away from leg straps in a huge way... so to all those that were talking abotu hard crossfire riser pressure...try that on for size (try it high first, thats how I figured it out) Cheers Davehttp://www.skyjunky.com CSpenceFLY - I can't believe the number of people willing to bet their life on someone else doing the right thing. marks 0 #2 November 22, 2005 if you like using harness for turns, after deployment, stick your hands in the front risers and pull your body up. after you have taken all the weight you can out of the leg strap's, lift you kness to your chest and wiggle your legstraps down your leg a bit. this will give you a little more range in the harness turns. if you have a butt bungie for sit flying, and this gets in the way, make a longer bungie. you will get alot more range with your harness when your leg strap is further down your leg, then you just lift one leg and push down on the other while at the same time hangin slightly from the front riser.
