Skydive Januray 2005 article request

Hey guys,

I have been unable to get the january 2005 skydive magazine, and i was wondering if anyone has a copy (or could explain) what the article in there says about swooping, and lightly loaded parachutes. Two diffrent people have refrenced me to this, but i have been unable to get a hold of it.
