sdctlc 0 #1 November 23, 2002 Hey all. I am thinking about a crossfire2. I have head nothing but good things but am curious what the going rate is on a new one. Any feedback would be great. Scott C."He who Hesitates Shall Inherit the Earth!"
TALONSKY 0 #2 November 24, 2002 I bought one used for $1200 and afterward got a qute on a new one. i qoute was for $1828. They are really great canopy, so far different from the original that you would swear they could not be related. The riser pressure is light, it dives longer in turns and turns much quicker than the original Crossfire. Blue Skies Kirk

TALONSKY 0 #5 November 25, 2002 I have had no trouble getting back from a long spot with it. In fact, just yesterday I was downwind (not very strong of wind) farther from the DZ then I have ever been (even up wind) and made it back. I did have to hang on the rear risers but I made it back. rhino 0 #8 November 26, 2002 It is a bad ass canopy... If you don't know what you are doing, as in if you aren't a good "feel" pilot it will hurt you.. It is an amazing canopy.. I love it!!

Yoshi 0 #10 November 26, 2002 cool.. At the richmond boogie I jumped the 119 crossfire 2 and the 109... my brother has a 105 and I put about 5 jumps on it... they are sooo great.. I love how responsive they are to harness input... even though the highest performance loading is at 1.85 I opted to get a 111 sq/ft loaded at 1.79-1.8 ...I know I can handle the smaller ones, but I wanted to go for the middle of the road so I can explore the canopy to its fullest before going towards a loading that can get me in trouble faster... anyways thanks for the info.. I should have it all by feb at the latest and I cant wait because there is about 30 of us going to z-hills florida for our "winter" trip. if anyone wants to join us we will be there the last weekend in feb. peace out, yoshi_________________________________________ this space for rent.
