Safires 2, is a good options today ?

Hello everybody.
I`m expecting to change my spectre 135 .

There are lots of canopies available in the market today.

Who has jumps in safires 2 i and also with Sabre 2 and crossfires 2 ? How you could compare them

Is Safire 2 a less aggressive canopy ?

well the Safire2 is less aggressive than the Crossfire2 and they are definitely NOT in the same range of canopies !

I regularly jump a Safire2 139 and am very happy of it. I also occasionnally jump a Crossfire2 119 and just love it ! But I know that for the moment, it's not my "everyday" canopy.

The Safire2 and the Sabre2 are in the same category, but I haven't flown the Sabre2 so I can't compare objectively.

I did a bunch of jumps on a safire2 and thought it was a very nice mid range canopy. If thats the sort of thing you are after though don't part with your cash until you have tried a pilot by aerodyne - the best opening canopy i have ever jumped, and a load of fun to fly.

I have heard about the Pilot, and people who has jumped it told me that is much soft and will react to toggles and riser presure lighter than Safire 2 . Also compares to stilleto.
Is this true ?

Again, can't say for Safire2, but Safire1 have about the same riser pressure as Pilot. I like them both, but since I already own Safire, I didn't find any reasons to trade it for Pilot.

No.

The pilot can be compared to Sabre2 and Safire1 and 2. Not the Stiletto. Aerodyne's Vison would make a better comparison to the Stiletto.
