That's great news. Now that swooping has been accepted by the IPC, this gives everyone the impetus to get their national programs in gear. As the events are sure to mirror the new PST courses, I would assume that Chris is going to set up similar courses.

British Swooping

The US has had a competitive swoop scene for some time, but this is yet to be seen in Europe to the same extent and is non existent in UK. It is now time that the UK became involved, giving our athletes the necessary avenues to train and compete at these competitions.

The British Canopy Swooping Tour

We are proud to announce the introduction of the British Swooping Tour. The first meet will be run at Headcorn over the period 13-15 June 2003 and is an invitational event. Selection criteria for entry will be strict and only the top swoopers in the country will be eligible.

You can gain a place on the tour by attending one of the Wing Tips Canopy Pilot Coaching Tour seminars.
