...I put these on one time, and they have just begun to show signs of wear after 110 jumps. I went ahead and replaced them, but that's amazing. Six stows... still working after over 100 jumps. Damn.

I get over 100 jumps on the bag stows, but not the ones that go throught the grommets.

And boy-howdy the packers whine about them!

I've been using skybands for 2 years now and have never experienced a problem that could be attributed to their use. I notice broken skybands on my bag quite often, not as often though as the generic rubber bands. Skybands seem to be easier on the hands too.

I've never heard of them. Where do you find them? I use super bandz from aerodyne and get great results from them.

Rumor has it that there may have been a bad batch out there. I experienced some of the larger skybands only held for a couple of jumps. Most with a clean break in the center. Other than that I have always used them ever since he started to pack for me. He now has some Blue ones that work excellent and look cool, too. I use both sizes.

My skybands are still holding strong after over 70 jumps...except the two inner locking stows those I replaced after 50 jumps...50 jumps on locking stowes I was really happy with....
