Viking 0 #26 April 24, 2002 shit i don't need a bottle opener, thats what a metal railing is for. AggieDave 6 #27 April 24, 2002 Careful, I lost the tip of my middlefinger right hand after having a bottle break while opening it with a closed knife (which I've done many times before with no problem)! A human cannonball, I rise above it allUp higher then a trapeze, I can fly
Sinkster 0 #28 April 24, 2002 You are correct, I just bought a new Altimaster 3 which is now known as the Altimaster Galaxy and has a replaceable lens and works up to 18k MSL instead of 15k MSL (good for u high altitude land dwellers) and has larger numbers and some other small tweaks, but it only comes with a 10 year warranty. Still pretty dang good imo though.BTW, Dave, thanks for your awesome site! I downloaded the whole thing (4.6 gigs) a couple weeks ago and watch all the movies during the boring week days. =)

pilotdave 0 #33 April 24, 2002 QuoteI downloaded the whole thing (4.6 gigs) a couple weeks ago and watch all the movies during the boring week days.Lotta videos, isn't it? I've been UPLOADING the whole thing to its new home (thanks AndyMan!). Only getting about 13 to 20 kb/s so it's taking a while. Now I know how all of you feel! Hopefully the new site will be faster (I think I've had my bandwidth cut down). I'll be running it for about another month, then we'll switch over to the new one. The URL will stay the same. Thanks, and keep checking back for uploads. Davehttp://www.skydivingmovies.com
AndyMan 7 #34 April 24, 2002 I get 60 KB/sec from my servers when I download over my crappy earthlink DSL line. The new home should be even better.Shortly it'll be moving to yet another new home, but that's my problem, not yours. My employer is moving all our servers to a new, better datacenter. This is why I don't want you registering the DNS yet._AmICQ: 5578907MSN Messenger: andrewdmetcalfe at hotmail dot com AIM: andrewdmetcalfeYahoo IM: ametcalf_1999

steve1 5 #36 April 25, 2002 Jason,Thanks for the toggle information. I let mine out a little last night using your previous information. I might get my first jump on it this weekend. The weathers been crappy nearly all spring. Steve
lazerq3 0 #37 April 25, 2002 You'll love that canopy!! Both the DZO and manifest girl watched me come in the other weekend on a 90 deg front riser and the canopy started to buck......it didnt want to collapse but it did buck and they said it looked pretty freaky...he then (the DZO) told me to let out some breaks and showed me how.....we let them out 3in and now it flies soooo smooth when CRANKING on the risers and theres still plenty of flare at the end!!! Hvae fun on your canopy...hope the weather turns good for ya!!! I'm looking at possible rain myself for the weekend!!!jason
