PhreeZone 20 #4 March 23, 2002 Thats SSK's site for the US. I'm not sure what Airtec's site is for Europe, but expect to be missing the Cypres for at lest 3 weeks for the insepction.I wish you would step back from that ledge my friend... ~3EB
marcin 0 #5 March 24, 2002 Thanks. I just had mine done (it was surprisingly fast) and it cost 190 Euro (170 USD), which I thought was rather high. But you seem to confirm this... While searching for the German Cypres website (which I couldnt find) I found a short study on Cypres power consumption by Gary Peek (?), dealing with the question "switch on and forget" or "switch on and off after jumps. I does consume power even if left on the ground, but I am not technical enough to interpret the data, though.Marcin.
councilman24 37 #6 March 25, 2002 In the US it's $160 plus return shipping plus $75 if you need batteries. That's about $245 plus shipping there. SSK will have your Cypres for two weeks. So, add shipping to each end of that for the time it will take.I don't know the cost in Europe.
