Remster 30 #2 March 18, 2002 Dont know about online,but cycling helmets usually come with extra bits of vecro-in padding for a custom fit. I bought an extra large Z1 for Pam, and she bought a large one for me, her's was a little big, mine was a little tight, so we swapped the liners (put the XL in the L helmet & the L in the XL helmet).
