Snowflake 0 #1 February 25, 2002 I had to send back my wings to get new legstrap buckles. It took them 4 days to get it done because they had to wait for buckles to come in. allen 0 #2 February 25, 2002 i agree,sunrise really do look after their customers.i had a small problem with the reserve flapthey arranged to have it picked up,they re-packed the reserve which sorted the problem and had it back to me so i could jump it at the weekend.no charge and they even sent me a t-shirtwell done sunrise. TALONSKY 0 #3 February 25, 2002 I have not had any experience with them, but a women at my dropzone had a very bad landing and broke her leg and peeled the skin off of both knees. She had to be life flighted out, when the paramedic got there they cut here rig off of her. She sent it to Sunrise to get it fixed and they fixed it for free.
