I had to send back my wings to get new legstrap buckles. It took them 4 days to get it done because they had to wait for buckles to come in. While they had my rig they repacked it, cleaned it, and put new legstraps on it. Kick ass service all the way around.

i agree,
sunrise really do look after their customers.
i had a small problem with the reserve flap
they arranged to have it picked up,
they re-packed the reserve which sorted the problem
and had it back to me so i could jump it at the weekend.
no charge and they even sent me a t-shirt
well done sunrise.

I have not had any experience with them, but a women at my dropzone had a very bad landing and broke her leg and peeled the skin off of both knees. She had to be life flighted out, when the paramedic got there they cut here rig off of her. She sent it to Sunrise to get it fixed and they fixed it for free.

As somebody who's trying to figure out what gear to buy, I just want to say that reviews on Customer Service mean a lot to me. I'm glad to hear this about Sunrise, and I want to bring my service to somebody who cares a lot about their customers. Thanks for the input.
