Tr-riser packing

Recommended Posts

Hi
I've been searching thru' the forums for info regarding how to pack the tri-risers/brakes on my rig (second hand), but have only learned that it takes "an extra minute" ...
I tried what looked right and it's worked for the few packs I've done on it. I was since told by the local "skygod" (there's an opionated twit on every DZ who tells you you're wrong, but wont offer help) that they are packed wrong.
Can anyone tell me how exactly these should be stowed or offer any advice at all? any help greatly appreciated !
Thanks :)

Most tri-risers have a small toggle-stowing-loop sewn on the rear risers, similar to tandems.
Pull that loop through the steel steering guide ring and the cats-eye on the brake line.
Shove the top end of the toggle through the toggle-stowing-loop and mate the toggle to the riser Velcro.
Stow excess brake line.
