fonz 0 #1 January 14, 2002 Is it just me, or are audible altimeter mounts usually on the right hand side of a helmet? If indeed so, what is the deeper, mysterious underlying reason for that? I'd much rather have it on the left.Alphonshttp://www.liacs.nl/~avwerven
Geoff 0 #2 January 14, 2002 The flip-out screen of a mini-DV camera is normally on the left of the camera (because it's designed to be held in the right hand) -so the camera goes on the left of the helmet, so the audible goes on the right (even if you don't have a camera). That's my theory anyway.Geoff
skybytch 273 #3 January 14, 2002 They are usually located on the right... if you really need it to be on the left, buy a new Mindwarp and an extra soft pocket. You can attach it to the left side with just a little work (drill a hole over your ear for the sound to go through, attach the pocket over the hole).pull and flare,lisa--
