BASE jumpers learned a long time ago that if you want more drag from your PC you have to extend the bridle much farther than the 4-5 feet most skydiving rigs use. When it's that close you don't quite get that 80mph of wind consistently.>In my experience, they do and it is easy to docuement with video.We had video of Buzz doing 33 jumps on his 33rd birthday (or something like that, I forget the exact number) and you could see his bungee PC inflating, then deflating, then inflating on the hop and pops.
