User profile links in reviews

When I click on the link that says something like Rated by: Vlad (more about me) it takes me to the list of reviews that I have keyed in, not the users profile. Also the link right beside it for the users other reviews takes me to the same page that lists out the reviews that I posted myself.

At the top of the page it also says Unknown Tag "Title"
Yesterday is history
And tomorrow is a mystery
