Incident occurred on 12/31/06. I was at the boogie when it happened. Incorrect date in fatality database.

Also, jumper's last name is spelled Dillon.

And the text is poorly written too:

"Jumper was doing a 270 degree turn and while most the way though it reaized he was going to collide with another canopy in front of him. He then continued the turn 180 degrees to miss the other jumper but ended up with a canopy that was still diving at the ground too low to level back out for landing. The canopy remained in a dive until impact."

I'd say it this way:

"The jumper was doing a 270-degree turn and when most of the way through the turn, he realized he was going to collide with another canopy in front of him. He then continued the turn 180 degrees more to miss the other jumper, but ended up with a canopy that was still diving at the ground and too low to level back out for landing. The canopy remained in a dive until impact."

So while you're at it, you might as well fix that too.
