in Abidjan on behalf of his foreign business
partner as the
beneficiary for onward transfer to his or her Overseas
account .

Dear , I am honourably seeking your assistance to
stand as foreign partner of my late father and
beneficiary of the money as well as guardian , and to
provide a bank account for the transfer .

I will also like you to make arrangement for me and my
younger sister
to further our Education .

I will offer you 15% of the total Sum as compensation
after the transfer .

I just got the exact same PM.

For anyone that's unfamiliar with these, it's a classic "419 scam".

Edited to add: I don't know whether it'll do any good but I've forwarded the text on to abuse@yahoo.fr.
