Advertisement Flood

Recommended Posts

Within last few minutes, minimum 5 times suddenly there was an advertisement all over the screen, mainly porn, absolutely not welcome.... >:(

when trying to remove, the internet connection completely was cut ... i always had to start from the beginning. [:/]

who can tell me how to avoid this? what did i wrong?

i know that by visiting internet sites, advertisements always show up, normal. but normally, no deal to remove them with just one finger tip.

except now! anybody with any good advice?

thx in advance,
christel

There are a couple of software packages that might help. One is SpyBot and the other is Ad-Aware. You'd be amazed at how much spyware is on your machine. Good luck getting it cleared up. :)

I've got to ask again, as these ad's still occur, even in smaller quantities. But now in another quality:

I am complete rejected from your web site. "An error occured while directing (direction) to dropzone.com"

After this, I tried about 5 times to enter again the DZ.com site, impossible. Access denied ! For a second I so afraid, my access was denied due to my big mouth from time to time :$

Cannot imagine this.

And: All porn ad's are in English. Sorry to say, it never happens on any other site I visit.

What might it be? My computer specialist will be here within next hour for checking, but have to ask you in advance.

Do you have any advise on that?

Run Ad-aware again. Make sure to check the button that says "check for updates now", before you hit "start".

Also, do you have an anti-virus program installed? Probably a good time to do a scan.

Will try again an Ad-aware...
Thxs for reply.

This really is frustrating, as yesterday evening, 2nd time our office computer specialist checked my private computer: He found nothing!! My private computer is equipped with the complete range of defense software. I will give it another trial.
