Getting re-directed to login page

I've been trying to add my canopy to the lost/stolen gear database, and keep getting redirected to the login page (the one you get after you log in.) I also just tried the repack calculator and the same thing happened.

I tried the ole close the browser, delete cookies, restart, and try again method, but am still getting the same thing.
