Account Creation Error

When trying to create a new account I created an error.

After filling out the 3 pages of info to get a new name, missing a line of required info and having to reenter it, I pressed Add Record and generated this Error:

It did create the account, but it presented the error message. I know this is WAY down on the list, but wanted you to know about it none the less.
