Anyone else having this problem? What do I need to install? You need codecs, try downloading them from Kazaa or something, search for Ace Codec and you should find them. The link that is on PilotDave/Andymans FTP site isn't working for me for the download anymore. Also, not sure about using Quicktime to view them, I use Windows Media Player, but I'm sure others could reccomend something better -- Hook high, flare on time Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
quade 4 #3 July 5, 2002 The 10-way is a windows media file. I -seem- to get less bitching from the widows folks that way, but it challenges the Mac folks. You definately get less bitching from us Linux folks. There is no reasonable way to watch modern QuickTime videos on Linux.
