georgechurchill 0 #1 March 8, 2006 Hi, I tend to read the incidents from time to time to check that know one I know has been hurt or worse. I would find it really helpfull if the person(s) involved could be listed in the title, that way I don't have to go through all the incidents to find out. Great site, Georgehttp://georgechurchill.blogspot.com

Often, incident threads are posted almost immediately after they happen. In most cases, this is before family has been notified of the death or injury. Out of sensitivity to those people, the names are rarely published in the title or even in the first few posts of the thread and often are not published at all. However, the moderators do seem to be trying to enforce a naming convention for the thread titles that includes incident date, location, and incident type. I've found this very helpful at narrowing it down without going into every thread.
