That way people can discuss issues pertaining to particular localities and not have them get burried before other people near them live. I am on another Web board, and they have "chapter boards" which are basically boards that are for people in one or two states it is a big help when trying to find local people who can help with particular issues that only people living near you can know about.Divot your source for all things Hillbilly.
