I had one member of the BOD tell me that if I wanted to deal with them to call them instead of trying to do it over Email or an electronic bulletin board. I had one tell me that DZ.com is worthless and that it will never make a difference to skydivers. That we were all wasting our time talking about changes we'd like to see in the BOD forum, that the BOD doesn't give a shit. EDIT: However, to know about it and the specifics he talked about, it was obvious that he had read it. I think it comes down to he simply didn't like what he read. Diffferent people send and receive information better through certain mediums.
