AndyMan 7 #1 September 27, 2004 Section 4 of the useragreement (copyright and trademarks) seems to imply that uploading images to a gallery gives dz.com full copyright of the uploaded images, as well as ownership to anything posted to the forums. sangiro 26 #2 September 27, 2004 That pertains to all "original" content. (As it says in the agreement) Stuff we created... Logos, articles, layout etc etc etc.. I added the clause from our existing terms of use. If you upload stuff, you retain the ownership and we retain the right to use it anywhere on Dropzone.com. I'm not completely comfortable with the text of the agreement, because I didn't see anything that mentioned uploaded work. This has always been part of the original Terms of Use and I added it to the User Agreement.
