20-year old incidents

Recommended Posts

I disagree. An incident is an incident is an incident. There's always a lesson to be learned, you may already know it, but I may not.

Why squelch the reporting of incidents simply because they happened years ago?

Now, my little rant on the Incidents forum... I'd like to see it reserved for fatalities and near fatalities with severe physical trauma; everything else can go in S&T. That however, is a rant for another day.

I totally agree that there is a lesson to be learned... but that is why it should go in Safety and Training... in my opinion. I check the incident forum at the end of each weekend to make sure nobody I know was injured and to learn about new things that are going wrong. Again, this is just a difference in opinion. But i just don't think it's the right place. Out.
