Basically setup the forums so it could support an additional forum that you choose to have. That additional forum would be specifically for a certain DZ. For instance, if Skydive Bumfuck wanted to have a "chat board" but didn't have the resources or the desire to admin it all themselves, they could pay for the service here and use the other features of the site as well.
