andy2 0 #1 August 15, 2003 what about tagging a little note on the classifieds homepage that reminds buyers to check to make sure what they are buying is not stolen gear. This will encourage sellers to list serial numbers instead of having to be asked for them, and will spread awareness that stolen gear databases do work to catch theives.
