skyrado 1 #1 July 20, 2009 Hello to all tandem instructors! Recently I heard that there were some tandem fatalities with Performance Variable (now Firebird) Omega tandem. We use an Omega rig and I have to know what actually happend,what was the reason or reasons? If anyone know something about that, Please send any details !
