d123 4 #1 June 13, 2009 I've started back flying and just to pointing my heels out when transition to walk was a dificult thing to grasp. I'm pretty articulated with my legs, I do longboarding/snowboarding but all that time I have positive presure (1G+) on them and in the tunnel when that pressure is missing I'm in a bit of a pickle [:D]. Do you know any excercises that I can do outside tunnel to increase my leg awarness? Can anybody related to my situation?Lock, Dock and Two Smoking Barrelrolls!
