freeflir29 0 #1 August 9, 2001 I have a most likely very old Time Out. Paid all of $30 for it. The problem I have is that it tends to go off at 4500 ft (where I set it) on one jump and 4,000 the next? Once it didnt go off until 3500. It's not really a big deal as it's only a safety check for me. I always watch my altimeter like a hawk under about 7,000. Anybody know what might fix this?"I.....am Powdered Toast Man!"-Ren & StimpyClay

Is there any possibility that the adjust buttons are being pushed without you knowing it??pull and flare,lisa----I am a nobody. Nobody's perfect. Therefore, I am perfect! freeflir29 0 #5 August 9, 2001 Ummm...I havent changed the battery recently (6 mos or so)but I am using Lithium in it. They should last a long long time. It was doing it some even with a brand new battery. I think I will try changing it again. It's mounted on the flat portion of a Gen-X FF helmet so I doubt the buttons are getting pushed.P.S. I weigh 190 without gear. I would die under a 20' round. I alos swore to myself I would never jump another round after I left the Air Force in December....LOL"I.....am Powdered Toast Man!"-Ren & StimpyClay
