dirk.baumann 0 #1 February 4, 2007 Hi all, Sally and Martin are instructors/coaches who demonstrated a level of professionalism rarely seen today. I learned and understood more from them in those 2 days than I have from anyone else. There are many coaches that start with "what is it you want to do?". Sally and Martin actually helped me to first get to that answer and then take action to achieve it. Having not jumped for a while, I was a bit nervous about whether I would hold others back. At no time did Martin or Sally ever act as if I was less for where I was at in my learning process. Sally‘s and Martin's communication skills and coaching always gave me the confidence to know I could fly.
