Getting out of the door...

If you're exiting on your belly and you look down where you'll be putting your feet you're likely cuping air and floating. then you'll be using your arms way too much, muscling your self out. Try grabing the door frame, keeping your eyes on the wall infront of you, and then rather than pull yourself out, arch, then tuck your knees up towards your chest, your lower body will sink, and it's then a simple matter to just stand up.

Thanks for the tips.

I didn't think that I was having before, I just somehow let my body get ahead of my brain and hyperextended my one arm. I just wanted some one to share some stupidity so I could feel better about it.

On the bright side, even though I injured it, it doesn't seem to hurt in the common range of motion I use when jumping. It should be cool in a day or two. :P
