We spent 4 hours in the tunnel today, 2 groups doing 30min in 30 min out, with each group split down into 4 ways or one on ones giving us 2 min in 2 min out for the 30 min. So as you can imagine it was a pretty exhausting session. I understand Paul opened up especially for our group, so thanks very much. Bodyflight certainly does rock, massive chamber nice air, helpfull staff. Im already looking forward to going back soon, and maybe taking my kids.
