Hi Heidi!

I would say so, since the L-1 Houston hasn't even begun construction yet!!!!!;)

BUT, I know you MEANT ADREN-L-N, which is owned by the same folks.

:(UNFORTUNATELY, ADREN-L-N is down for the count folks. It's coming off the active wind tunnel list and moving over to For Sale. This tunnel is no longer operational.[:/]

What happened?

I was just telling folks about it a couple of weeks ago as a way for their 12yr old daughter to get a feel of skydiving since she can't go skydiving yet.

I was out flying the day the engine went south. It appeared to be a blown head gasket. There was coolant in the oil. It was also blowing oil out the valve cover vents. I kept tasting something funny in my mouth. Then my goggles started getting cloudy. It was from all the oil blowing out. It really sucks. I was having a good time. I hate to hear that is for sale and no longer available.

You dont't get to choose how you're going to die. Or when.......You can only decide how you're going to live........NOW.

yeow! you alright?? bleh... that can't be good![:/]
out of curiousity, when did it break? i haven't been out in a month because i've been trying to get jumps in. i was surprised it hadn't been posted/no signs or anything... just a barbed wire fence. i guess i just got used to having it but now i'm going to miss having it around.

I guess it must have worked too hard when it was up here in Indiana pushing my fat butt up in the air. Ha! Shame! IT was a blast to fly in. The engine was a Cummins Engine so fixing it should be doable for sombody. Anymore on new designs coming from Roger the designer of this beast?
