steve1 5 #26 October 14, 2011 I had no idea that 13 people had died at Sheridan. That is a lot for a small drop zone. Ted let me use one of his rigs one day. Little did I know I could have been flirting with death. And I thought I had problems with authority! That was an interesting article Krip....

Hi Steve I found the whole article very educational IMO we need to wait at least 10 yr's before we start a Ted thread. R.One Jump Wonder
JerryBaumchen 1,446 #28 October 14, 2011 Hi steve, QuoteI had no idea that 13 people had died at Sheridan. Gordon Reid of the FAA is the guy who finally got the court order shutting down Sheridan. I knew him fairly well and thought he was a rather decent guy. He told me that, after a fatality at Sheridan, he started looking into fatalities and found that Sheridan had more fatalities than all of the other dz's in the NW combined.
